Questions
Tripture, our operating brand, handles everything end to end — housekeeping, upkeep, guest bookings, marketing and reporting. Ownership is completely hands-off.
A real, appreciating asset in nature; hands-off management; rental income; and personal use of your own home — without the burden of running it.
Each home is leased to and operated by Tripture under an agreement. Terms vary by project — some begin with a fixed lease rental for an initial period; income beyond that is projected from the operating model and is not guaranteed.
Yes. You hold full ownership and can sell at market value; we assist with the process, and you continue to earn until resale.
